Messages sent from this website

When you send the contact form, your message is emailed to me and a copy is kept in a secure log on the web server that the public cannot reach. This means your enquiry is not lost if an email goes astray. I use these details only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry.

Who I share it with

I only share your information where it is needed to run my business, for example with:

• payment processors
• delivery and postal services
• website hosting and email providers
• professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The home page remembers, for your current visit only, that you have already seen its opening animation. This is kept in your own browser and cleared when you close it.

The map on the contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when the map loads. The website's hosting company also keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

How long I keep it

I keep personal information only for as long as I need it for the purposes above, including dealing with orders, keeping business records and meeting legal obligations.
